In most cases your fine. You will need to have proof of Texas residency for all handgun purchases. Example for proof of residency: vehicle registration, voter registration, municipal water bill, hunting/fishing licence or military orders.

It all depends on your background. Most come back within minutes, but it could extent up to 4 days.

No returns on firearms and ammo. Accessories must be unopened in resellable package within 30 days of purchase. Absolutely no returns on special order items.
